As one of the finest prime stock shows in Europe, the Winter Fair draws crowds from far and wide to enjoy two-days packed full of competitions, festivities and Christmas shopping.
Along with the usual packed schedule of competitions, exhibitions and displays the Winter Fair also offers shoppers the perfect opportunity to pick up some unique and original Christmas gifts. The Food Hall will be packed full of the very best Welsh producers showcasing their produce and tempting visitors to try the wide variety of culinary delights on offer.
What better way to kick off the festive season than a visit to the Royal Welsh Winter Fair?
The 2023 Winter Fair takes place on Monday 27th and Tuesday 28th November.

The International Antique Home & Vintage Fair of Wales is one of the largest Antique Fairs in the country. With up to 1,000 stands the Royal Welsh Agricultural Showground at Builth Wells in Central Wales, turns into a festival of Antiques. With a wide selection of Antiques, Retro and Vintage items there is something here for everyone.
Showcasing Artisan Food & Drink and Arts & Crafts from across Wales.
The Mid Wales Autumn Fayre is a great day out for all the family, offering tasty treats from artisan food & drink producers from across Wales as well as cookery demonstrations and Welsh Arts & Craft vendors celebrating local handmade products. The Mid Wales Autumn Fayre also hosts Truck Fest, showcasing a range of trucks and classic vehicles.

The Smallholding & Countryside Festival is a celebration of rural life with smallholding pursuits at its heart. The weekend-long event is a showcase of the real diversity of the Welsh countryside and a fantastic day out for young families, garden enthusiasts and anyone with an interest in the great outdoors.
There is plenty on offer to see and learn at this year’s Festival. Whether you’re looking for some inspiration for your garden, want to shed some light on a new business venture, or hope to improve your skills and knowledge about smallholding life, the Festival is the place to be. With a full packed programme of livestock and equine competitions, over 200 tradestands, displays and activities, excellent food and drink – there is something for everyone to enjoy.
